Our most popular class + exclusive to Kitchen in the Market! This is dinner AND a show with you as a participant. Fun, interactive and always a different experience.
We start with a champagne cocktail and appetizers to whet your appetite. Then your chef leads a tour of the Midtown Global Market to get inspired by ingredients, sights + smells. The class is broken out into smaller teams and each team creates a dish on the fly (with the chefs, of course!) based on their inspirations. Once we decide WHAT we’re making, the teams shop for the ingredients in the Market, then we don our aprons + get to work. The groups cook in the kitchen together and then dine family-style afterwards. This is a hands-on, interactive class that typically takes about 3.5-4 hours
