Product Description

Welcome to Meatless Mondays at Kitchen in the Market! We've loaded up the bandwagon and are riding headlong into this amazing movement of reserving one day a week to eat vegetarian as a way to get healthy, expand our culinary repertoire, and save the planet! Won't you hop on board with us?

Class is completely hands-on, takes place 6:30-9PM on Mondays (because read the title) and we'll make 4 dishes to show you the versatility of a meat-free meal. Legumes, entree salads, egg dishes, pastas, and veggie-laden dishes will take center stage and everyone will go home with a complete copy of that night's recipes! Please let us know of any dietary restrictions in your reservation - vegan dishes will be noted with a (v).

  • Roasted Beet Salad with Oranges, Chevre + Hazelnut Vinaigrette
  • Curried Quinoa with Kale + Golden Raisins (v)
  • Spanish Fritatta

Monday, March 5, 2018 6:30-9PM

  • Veggie Stir Fry with Brown Rice (v)
  • Spring Rolls with Mock Peanut Sauce (v)
  • Crispy Tofu with Sweet + Sour Sauce (v)
