Join our friend + neighbor, Janene Holig (Executive Chef, Hot Indian Foods) as she explores the regional cuisines of India - Northern, Central, Southern. Each class will focus on a different region, and will include at least 4 courses with one dish that uses the spices of that region in an all-American way. Now isn't that intriguing?
